I created PicDiff because I was tired of squinting at tiny differences. As a developer, I've spent countless hours checking design tweaks and font alignments. Lately, though, I've been diving deep into comparing AI-generated images—hunting for those subtle differences between prompts or models.

I couldn't find a tool that just felt right. Most were clunky, demanded an account just to upload, or lacked the precision I craved. I wanted something quick, private, and laser-focused on the comparison. So, I built it myself.
